
Mohd Zairulanuar Mohamed Rasim
Mohd Zairulanuar Mohamed Rasim founded TheManager after more than a decade leading technology and operations functions across government-linked digital infrastructure and private enterprise. As Chief Technology Officer at MBV Global Sdn. Bhd. (2019–2021), he directed the development of a Vehicle Electronic Identification System for the Ministry of Transportation Malaysia, proposed a Visa Management System solution for the Ministry of Home Affairs, and led a personalized GPS tracking system and mobile application for Hajj congregation management with Tabung Haji.
As Chief Operating Officer of Al-Qafilah Sdn. Bhd. (2012–2018), he set business strategy and oversaw daily operations across IT, marketing, sales, and finance, and led the development of an advanced flexible manufacturing system with dynamic job scheduling for Technology Park Malaysia. Earlier, as Project Director at Google Malaysia (2010–2012), he planned and executed the Get Malaysia Business Online (GMBO) initiative — a national SME digital-enablement programme that reached 50,000 participants and produced 10,000 graduates in website and e-commerce training.
He also served as General Manager of Business Development & Corporate Communications at MYNIC Berhad, Malaysia's domain registry, where he represented Malaysia in ICANN and APTLD and led national digital-presence initiatives including School2u. He holds a BBA (Hons.) in Business Administration and a Diploma in Computer Science (DCS).
