You retain ownership of your submitted data. You grant the service provider the rights needed to host, process, and secure that data for platform operation.

5. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable service, but uptime and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed. Planned maintenance and unplanned disruptions may occur.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as-is and liability is limited for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
